Subject: High School Soccer Season is Starting – Important Updates for Families

Dear Soccer Families,

The high school soccer season is officially kicking off, with the boys on the road today and first home girls’ matches scheduled for this Friday and Saturday! We encourage everyone to come out and support our teams.

Important Updates:

High School Soccer Schedule: The full schedule for our high school soccer teams can be found here. Be sure to check it out and plan to attend as many games as you can to cheer on our athletes!Girls’ Soccer Fundraiser: The girls’ team is running a fundraiser to support their season. You can contribute online at Grand Rapids Girls Soccer 2024 Fundraiser.Free Season Sports Passes: Families who complete the Grand Rapids Area Schools Educational Benefits forms will receive all-season sports passes, granting access to all high school sporting events. The form is available online at Educational Benefits Form. If you’ve already completed your form and need your pass before school starts, you can pick it up at West Rapids Elementary today and tomorrow until 3:00 PM. We strongly encourage you to pick up your pass if possible. Once school starts, individual schools will distribute the passes, but here’s a workaround so your child can get into the girls’ games tomorrow and Saturday: contact me directly, and I’ll ensure your child is covered.Soccer Clothing Order: The Boys’ High School team has a generic soccer clothing order, applicable to all soccer players, boys and girls, is available online at Soccer Clothing Order. The order is due by August 30th, so be sure to check it out and place your orders soon!Fan Appreciation Event: Mark your calendars for our Fan Appreciation Event on September 19th!
